In this hybrid role, you are the ultimate bridge builder. You don’t just manage projects, you understand what happens "under the hood." As a Hybrid Analyst, you combine strong project management skills with the technical depth to understand Odoo’s architecture. You translate complex business requirements into logical technical solutions, ensuring that what the client needs is exactly what our developers build, or what you configure yourself.

- Analyze & Architect: Transform business problems into logical database structures and efficient Odoo flows.
- Lead & Deliver: Manage the full project lifecycle, balancing commercial goals with technical reality.
- Translate & Specify: Convert user stories into precise technical tickets that developers love to work on.
- Configure & Prototype: Use your technical skills to build proofs-of-concept and solve problems directly in the system.
- Advise & Optimize: Act as a trusted partner who understands both the business ROI and the IT landscape.
- A strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills in Dutch and English
